Kota Kinabalu: The Labuan Strongestman/woman and Ninja Warrior Challenge 2023 on September 15-17 is set to feature one of the region’s best – Choo Kok Wei.

The Perak-born strongman who has already won the open titles in Kedah, Brunei and Singapore since the start of the year has confirmed his entry on Tuesday.

Event coordinator Roger Frederick said Choo’s presence is certain to motivate other competitors who are vying for the title.

According to him, 19 have registered for the strongestman category to date and apart from Choo, the latest to join in the fray are Tian Yang and Dionsius Ng from Singapore.
