LaLiga president Javier Tebas would like to see Barcelona re-sign Lionel Messi from PSG.
However, he insists no deal is currently possible due to Barca's financial compliance issues.
Tebas said, "Today he cannot register, but there is still time.
"We are awaiting a feasibility plan, they can sell players and have other players that they have to register.
"As a League, I hope FC Barcelona make the necessary moves to be able to register him. I am a fan of Leo Messi. We are not going to change the rules of economic control. Not today. Bara has the possibility of making moves so that Leo Messi can enter."
