F1 world champion Lando Norris will be subject to a new Prime Video behind-the-scenes docu-series next year.
The show, which has a working title of Lando, will air in 2027 and will offer “unprecedented access” to a “more personal side of his life”, as well as “what matters to him beyond the racetrack.”
The show will be produced by Box to Box Films, which produces Netflix’s hit show Formula 1: Drive to Survive.
“I’m really excited to be doing this with Prime Video,” McLaren F1 driver Norris said. “We’ve been filming for a while already and I’ve had a lot of fun with it.
“I already share a lot of what I get up to, but this is going to give people more access than ever before to my life away from racing.
“I’ve been really involved in the whole thing, so hopefully people will enjoy seeing more of what goes on behind the scenes. I’m looking forward to people seeing it next year!”
Norris won his inaugural Formula 1 world championship last year and is in the midst of a strong run of form currently, having won the last two races in Hungary and the Netherlands.
He made his debut in Formula 1 in 2019 and is currently in his eighth year with McLaren, partnering Oscar Piastri.
Norris is the latest sports star to receive the fly-on-the-wall treatment. Prime Video have just released shows featuring Novak Djokovic and Pep Guardiola’s last two seasons at Manchester City.
Gary Lineker will also be the subject of a Netflix documentary next year.
