According to the leaked investigation papers, Nazlan has committed a serious breach of judicial ethics because the judge allegedly had a conflict of interest when he presided the 'Najib-SRC Corruption Trial'.
The leaked papers concluded that Nazlan was liable for a criminal offence under Section 220 of the Penal Code .
The charge carries a jail term up to 7 years or a fine, or both upon conviction.
It's time for Idrus to reveal the whole findings of MACC's probe on Nazlan to ease public anxiety.
