Joe Gelhardt is enjoying a first preseason under Leeds manager Jesse Marsch.
The 20-year-old has featured regularly in preseason - scoring a powerful header against Brisbane Roar - and is expected to increase in prominence next season.
"We like to get wide and then get across the near post," he told Leeds United's YouTube channel.
“That's what we're told to do. It's good for strikers. He wants us in the right positions scoring goals. I like the tactics.
"I just go with the flow and take it game by game. Like any other player, I want to score more goals and help the team try and get as high in the league table as possible."
