Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy earned them a point a Leeds United with a late goal on Tuesday.
Vardy struck in the 80th minute via James Maddison's pass before having a potential winner ruled out for offside.
Leeds winger Luis Sinisterra had opened the scoring in the first half with a header from Jack Harrison's cross.
Harrison later said, "Playing at home, we're playing for the win at this stage of the season. But we have to try and be positive. We need to stick together as a group.
"We try to put the past behind us, learn from our mistakes and continue on in a positive way. We're looking for every point we can get in this moment in time. It's not what we wanted but we will take it.
"Illan Meslier is a talented player. He's young and he's still learning. He's a fantastic goalkeeper. We're all behind him and backing him. If he gets caught up in what people are saying it's not ideal but he has a strong mentality and we're a close-nit group inside the club."
Asked if they can stay up, he added: "100% belief in ourselves. We have belief we can do what needs to be done. We have to take it step by step. It's five games and hopefully we can get the job done."
