FAMILIES visiting Legoland Malaysia Resort will have another accommodation option from Oct 10, with the introduction of new Lego City-themed rooms at Legoland Hotel Malaysia.
The rooms bring elements of the Lego City theme into the hotel, allowing children to continue playing and creating their own stories after the Theme Park closes.
The room setting features Lego City characters and scenes involving police officers, firefighters, construction crews, deep-sea divers and crooks.
Legoland Malaysia Resort Director of Sales and Marketing Thilakavathy Munusamy said the new rooms were designed to carry the Lego City theme from the Theme Park into the hotel.

“Lego City is all about inspiring children to imagine themselves as everyday heroes, whether they are building, exploring or creating their own stories.
“With the launch of our new Lego City-themed rooms, we are bringing that spirit of adventure from our Theme Park’s Lego City zone into the hotel, giving families another opportunity to play and imagine together,” she said.
The new rooms join Legoland Hotel Malaysia’s existing themed accommodation, including Pirate, Kingdom, Adventure, Lego Ninjago and Lego Friends rooms.
Inside the Lego City rooms, guests can follow a story involving police officers responding to a jewellery heist, crooks attempting to escape and City Heroes preparing to help.

The rooms also include hidden details and humorous scenes for children to discover and incorporate into their own stories.
As with the hotel’s other themed rooms, the accommodation has separate sleeping areas for adults and children.
The children’s area includes a bunk bed and pull-out trundle bed that can accommodate up to three children.
Young guests staying in the new rooms can also take part in an in-room treasure hunt, following clues hidden around the room to find Lego surprises.
The Lego City-themed rooms will be available from Oct 10.
