LABUAN: Labuan Women Affairs Association (Hawa) chief Fauziah Datuk Din said villagers should be allowed to decide their chiefs since the Federal Government seems to have difficulty choosing Ketua Kampongs.
“This could be done by using the concept of each house being entitled to one choice and the one with the most votes winning the post.
“Such a way of selection is more likely to please the villagers since the choice is theirs and there will be no issues of wrong choice leader later.”
