Kota Kinabalu: The State Government has been urged to help resolve real estate projects where work had stopped for whatever reason in Sabah such as PacifiCity, Star City, Triconic Condominium, One Jesselton Condominium, among others.

Speaking on behalf of PacifiCity buyers, a mixed-development in Likas, Sabah Association of Tour and Travel Agents (Satta) Chairman Datuk Seri Winston Liaw appealed to the Mayor to expedite the Occupancy Certificate so that the developer could continue to do renovation works in order to complete the fully furnished condominiums to the buyers as stipulated in the Sale and Purchase Agreements.

“Without the OC, the developer claimed that they could not complete the renovation,” Liaw told reporters.
