Alexis Mac Allister and Cristian Romero have exchanged barbs online after Liverpool's 2-1 defeat at Tottenham.
The Reds lost in injury-time having seen Curtis Jones and Diogo Jota sent off.
Following the game Spurs defender Romero wrote on Instagram: "This team has great spirit, great heart. always like this, all together."
Argentina teammate Mac Allister responded by stating Tottenham were helped by the match officials. He wrote: "Normal when you have 12 players."
Romero soon responded: "Cry at home."
