Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has revealed how special Dominik Szoboszlai's performance was for victory over Everton.
The 2-0 win marked the Hungary captain's first ever derby of his pro career.
Klopp admitted: "Dom told me, 'I actually never played a derby before'.
"'What do you mean?' 'Salzburg don't have a derby, Leipzig don't have a derby, Hungary has maybe a derby but the countries who would be a derby, we never played since I played international football'.
"'Okay, good, no problem, you give always 100% so you are ready for the game'."
The win has Liverpool sitting fourth on the Premier League table, three points behind leaders Tottenham.
