Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admitsThiago Alcantara's latest injury is a concern.
But Klopp insists Thiago will play again this season.
He said: "His situation, obviously, is not good. Everything looked great in training but then he had a muscle injury and we still don't know to what extent.
"It's not good news either for him or for the club."
On returning before the end of the season, Klopp added: "Yes, but we haven't really thought about it at this time. We just looked at the injury and did a full evaluation. It's not a big injury, for sure. But it's something that nobody needed."
