Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is a massive admirer of young talent Jarell Quansah.

The England Under-20 international started in the Premier League win over Wolves last weekend.

Quansah has forced himself into the first team plans of the German coach, despite not being seen as ready a few months ago.

Klopp added on Quansah: "He is in the right moment at the right club, that is it. He is our boy, a fantastic boy. He played a super pre-season with us and deserved to start in the last game against Wolves.

Some people might say it was a brave decision, I don't feel it was a brave decision from us because we had obviously Ibou (Konate) ready-ish after two days training.

"Center-halves, we've had to bring them in with about half an hour's training pretty much because the others weren't ready [in the past], we did it in more serious situations but because Jarell was there we didn't have to and I liked that a lot.

It's nice to see the smile on his face after the game, he has three games under his belly and nine points so that's not a bad record."
