Two Premier League clubs are chasing after a winger from the Dutch Eredivisie this summer.
Both Tottenham and Newcastle United have been assessing PSV's Johan Bakayoko.
Per The Sun, the Belgian winger has been attracting the interest of many top sides.
The 20-year-old impressed in a Champions League qualifier against Rangers last week.
Liverpool, Everton, Burnley, and a host of European teams are also circling for Bakayoko.
PSV value the player in the 25-30 million range, but would not be eager to sell him so late in the transfer window.
