Liverpool's talks with Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia are still taking place.
The Reds are eager to add the young central midfielder to their squad this summer.
Per Sky Sports, Liverpool are speaking with Lavia about personal terms on a long term deal.
They will also have to negotiate with the Saints, who will demand a mega fee for their young star.
The ex-Manchester City youth midfielder will be sold for a fee in the region of 50 million.
Lavia has also been linked to Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City.
