Louis Vuitton and renowned Japanese artist Takashi Murakami continue to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their iconic collaboration with the launch of Louis Vuitton × Murakami re-edition collection Chapter Two.
Into the world of Cherry Blossom
The re-edition collection uses advanced technology to make its characters and cherry blossom themes more vibrant. Highlights include Murakami’s Cherry Blossom-style City Bags such as The OnTheGo, The Papillon, The Boulogne, and The Speedy 25. The collection also features travel luggage such as The Rolling Trunk, The Keepall 45, and the Courrier Lozine 110 Fleurs with physical Cherry Blossom patches. Smaller leather items include The Nano Bucket bag and The Zippy wallet. Additionally, The Marellini, The Alma BB, and three different Capucines City Bags are all designed in a lively rose-coloured “cheeky pink” to complement the Cherry Blossom motif.
Aiming to continue the legacy of the iconic collaboration, the second part of the collection introduces timeless pieces to collect and cherish. The Cherry Blossom pieces will be available online on March 14 and in stores globally on March 21, just in time to celebrate Japan’s sakura season in 2025.
