RANAU: Three people cheated death after their four-wheel drive vehicle overturned near here, last Wednesday.

Ranau BBP Station Head, PPgB Ridwan bin Mohd Taib, said the incident happened at Jalan Kg Nerawang Ranau at 2.55pm.

“Arriving at the scene 23km from the station, we found that there had been an accident involving an Isuzu D-Max type vehicle that crashed on the shoulder of the road and overturned.

Read more “The victims included a man and two women aged between 23 and 70 years old. They reportedly got out of the vehicle on their own and suffered multiple injuries,” he said.

According to Ridwan, the victims were given initial treatment by the Fire and Rescue team and then handed over to the ambulance for further action.

“Inspection carried out in the area was to ensure that there was no other danger. The operation ended at 3.33pm,” he said.
