Sunderland are making a move for Everton striker Tom Cannon.
The Black Cats and Preston, where Cannon spent part of last season on-loan, are both keen.
However, The Sun says Premier League new-boys Luton Town are also interested in the youngster.
Sunderland are ready to offer 3m to buy Cannon.
But Preston and Luton are also interested, though would prefer an initial loan arrangement.
