A woman was left fuming after CCTV footage caught a courier worker carelessly throwing a parcel containing porcelain plates over her home’s gate, resulting in a shattered mess.
Caught tossing parcel over gate
In a clip shared by the OP on Threads, the courier worker was seen arriving at her home at around 3.09pm yesterday (Feb 26), according to the CCTV footage’s timestamp.
Instead of ringing her house’s doorbell, the worker decided to take the lazy way out by tossing the parcel over the gate.
A loud crashing sound is also heard when the parcel hit the ground.
In the caption, the OP called out the worker for his carelessness, saying that she had placed fragile marking tape on the parcel but to no avail.
She added that a total of 18 porcelain plates were destroyed as a result.

It seemed that workers from courier company in question had committed similar actions in the past, with netizens sharing their own unfortunate experiences.
One showed the screen of his brand new TV having massive cracks all over.
Another showed a porcelain mixing bowl with one of its corners broken off, with the netizen advising others to avoid using the company’s services.
However, a netizen placed the blame on the OP, saying that she failed to prepare a proper spot for parcel collection.
