Weddings are undoubtedly joyous occasions, and couples would do all they can to ensure it’s nothing short of memorable.
A woman recently took to social media to heap scorn on a pair of newlyweds for using she felt was an inferior car as their wedding vehicle, only to find herself getting brickbats from netizens.
‘Why a Bezza and not a Mazda or BMW?’
In a Threads post, the woman posted a photo of a blue Perodua Bezza which was adorned with a giant red and white ribbon—signifying that the couple had just tied the knot.

Instead of congratulating the couple, the woman instead chose to mock them over their choice of a wedding car, writing:
Using a Bezza as a wedding car? Seriously?! I’d be so embarrassed as it’d look very B40. At least a Mazda or BMW would do.”
She even posted a photo of the couple and sarcastically asked why they weren’t capable of renting a luxury car if they were able to throw a lavish wedding.
Backlash
Unsurprisingly, the woman’s comments didn’t win her any favour online as netizens wasted no time in bashing her.
One bluntly wrote: ‘No wonder you’re still unmarried.’

Another told the woman that what car the couple chose to have for their wedding was none of her business.

Another posted a photo of a hearse, with the netizen sarcastically quipping: ‘Would you like to have this Mazda vehicle?’

If people are happy with a Bezza as their wedding car, who are we to judge?
