You don’t usually expect to see someone in a baju kurung and heels saving the day — but that’s exactly what happened recently, and the internet can’t stop talking about it.
A group of female students believed to be from a local teacher training institute has gone viral for pulling a Proton Iswara away from the edge of a drain.
A surprising sight
In a now-viral TikTok video, a Proton Iswara appears dangerously close to slipping into a large drain.
Just when it seems like there’s no hope, several women dressed in traditional baju kurung and heels rush in to help.
Two of them can be seen grabbing the sides of the vehicle to pull it away from danger, while three others push from the front. Working in sync and without hesitation, they manage to move the car to safety.
Dressed for class, not for towing cars
What caught viewers by surprise wasn’t just their teamwork — it was how they did it.
All of the women were clad in baju kurung, a traditional Malay outfit, and many were wearing high heels.
One particularly eye-catching detail? A woman in a green outfit was spotted pulling the car with just one hand — the other was holding her handbag and some belongings.
