Mauricio Pochettino doesn't know if Christian Eriksen has played his last game for Spurs.
The Dane, who is a free agent next summer, wants a move to Spain and hopes a switch to Real Madrid can be completed before the European deadline on September 2.
Eriksen came on a substitute in Sunday's loss to Newcastle and Pochettino was coy on his future when speaking after the game.
In his post-match media conference, Pochettino said: "I don't know [if Eriksen has played his last game].
"Why do you ask me? Do you know something? It is so difficult the situation."
