A MALAYSIAN Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officer has lodged a police report over the alleged disclosure of a confidential document during former prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s Jana Wibawa corruption trial.
According to the report, the officer was informed by the case’s investigating officer that the document had allegedly been disclosed by Muhyiddin’s lawyer, Datuk Amer Hamzah Arshad, during proceedings at the High Court In Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
The report stated that at about 6pm, Amer allegedly produced a document containing a transcript of a conversation involving former Segambut Bersatu division deputy chief Adam Radlan Adam Muhammad, who has been repeatedly mentioned during the trial.
Adam Radlan has featured in testimony concerning allegations that he played a role in helping a businessman secure projects under the Jana Wibawa programme.
The police report concerns the alleged disclosure of the document and does not by itself establish that any offence was committed.
The allegation remains subject to investigation. - September 14, 2026
