MANILA, Philippines — The Magdalo group wanted to support senator Risa Hontiveros for president.
The group said in Filipino and English in a media interview on Wednesday that "as of now, the one we want to push for president is Senator Risa Hontiveros."
They added that she possessed the qualifications "and she really stands up and fights."
