
- Safe standing rail seats will be used for the first time at this month’s Carabao Cup final at Wembley.
- An additional 10,000 licensed standing seats were installed at Wembley over the winter.
- It has now been confirmed that they will be used when Arsenal face Manchester City on 22 March.
- The move has been praised by Thomas Concannon, the Fans’ Embassy lead at the Football Supporters’ Association.
- Concannon stated that the safe standing areas will enhance the matchday atmosphere and increase options for supporters.
