Man Admits He Became Lazy After Quitting Job, Played Games Non-Stop Until Partner Gave Up On Him
A man recently opened up anonymously about how he lost a loving partner after quitting his job, becoming lazy, and spending most of his time gaming.

In the post, he admitted that his partner had once brought a lot of warmth into his life.

She comforted him during his low moments, cooked for him, helped ease his burden, and even learned to play mobile games despite not liking them, just so she could spend more time with him.

However, things changed after he quit his job due to career stress and took up an easier role.

Gaming slowly took over his life

He said he slowly became lazy and began playing games everywhere, during breaks, in the toilet, before sleeping, after waking up, and even during the time he was supposed to spend with her.

When she started arguing with him over his gaming habit, he saw her as annoying and controlling. He even scolded her, saying she had no right to stop him from playing.

Only after they broke up did he find out that she was also struggling in her own career, but had kept it to herself while giving him all the comfort and support she could.

He also learnt that she never really liked gaming and had only practised with her colleagues so she could keep up with him.

The real pain came when he realised she was never angry about the game itself. She was hurt because the game had slowly replaced her.
