
A man in his 30s is arrested for driving against traffic in Kuala Lumpur and tests positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine
KUALA LUMPUR: Police arrested a man in his 30s for driving against traffic along Jalan Hang Tuah here this afternoon.
Cheras district police chief ACP Rosdi Daud said the man also tested positive for amphetamine dan methamphetamine.
“The suspect is being investigated under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act and Section 186 of the Penal Code and a remand application will be made tomorrow,” he said in a statement here today.
A video depicting a vehicle being driven against traffic and then across a road divider went viral earlier.
