
Kota Kinabalu: A 34-year-old man was charged with two counts of raping an underaged girl.
The jobless man pleaded not guilty before Sessions Court Judge Elsie Primus, Monday.
On the first count, the man is accused of raping the 15-year-old girl at 11am on July 25 this year in the bushes at Jalan Marak Parak, Kota Marudu.
On the second count, he allegedly raped the same girl at 2pm on the same day, also in the bushes near a village in Jalan Marak Parak. The offence under Section

They were arrested at the city and Papar on July 14 and Aug 8 this year by police after failing to produce their identification documents.
After completing their jail sentence, the court ordered them referred to the Immigration Department for deportation.
