
Kota Kinabalu: A 21-year-old labourer was charged with raping his underaged cousin.
The man pleaded guilty before Sessions Court Judge Amir Shah Amir Hassan.
However, his sentencing was deferred to May 2 pending the medical report.
The man is accused of raping the 11-year-old girl at 4am on April 18 at the bedroom of a house in Papar.
