Manchester City have accepted an offer from Arsenal for Oleks Zinchenko.
The Ukraine international is set to move to the Gunners as cover for left-back Kieran Tierney.
Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano stated: "Arsenal and Manchester City have now reached verbal agreement in principle for Oleksandr Zinchenko, fee around £30m.
"Personal terms are still discussed.
"Salary and length of contract, in negotiation - key step to complete the agreement."
It's suggested Zinchenko will move to Arsenal for £30m.
