Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has been named the Premier League's Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year this season.

On the eve of the Premier League's final round, Haaland took off the awards double - a first in the competition's history.

Haaland pulls off the double in his first season in England after last summer's arrival from Borussia Dortmund.

The Norwegian has scored 36 league goals in 35 Premier League appearances breaking a 29-year record for the most strikes across a Premier League campaign.

Haaland also won the Football Writers' Association Player of the Year gong.
