Everton sensation Emilio Lawrence is set to sign for Manchester City.
The 16-year-old was wanted by the likes of City, Manchester United, and Chelsea this summer.
However, Football Insider states that City have won the race for his signature.
They have a full agreement with the attacking midfielder, and the move could happen imminently.
The Scotland international, who played thrice for Everton's Under-21s last term, will go into City's youth setup when he signs.
He also managed seven goals and three assists in 23 games for the Under-18s last season.
