Manchester City are moving for Atletico Madrid midfielder Rodrigo Riquelme.
Riquelme spent last season on-loan at Girona, which is owned by City's umbrella company, City Football Group.
Local reporter ngel Garca, a specialist in youth football, states City want to sign the youngster.
Indeed, City have already made a proposal to Atletico to the tune of 15m.
However for the moment, Atletico have referred City to Riquelme's 30m buyout clause.
