KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 8 — A 31-year-old man was seriously injured after being shot by two suspects at a petrol station in Bukit Tinggi, Klang, late last night.

Kosmo! Online reported today that the incident occurred around 11.30pm, with the victim sustaining gunshot wounds to his abdomen and chest after being hit three times.

It is understood that the man has eight prior criminal records and is currently wanted under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma).

He is being treated at Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital in Klang.

Klang Selatan District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Ramli Kasa said further investigations are ongoing.

“A statement will be issued by the Selangor police chief in due course,” he reportedly said.
