However, former Villarreal defender Bailly is keen on a return to the LaLiga and Sevilla.
The Sun says United have strengthened in Bailly's position with the £46m addition of Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez.
Having fallen down the pecking order further, Bailly is now open to a move if the right offer comes along, ending his six-year spell having made 113 appearances for the club.
