Manchester United defender Raphael Varane admits wearing the Real Madrid shirt demands a special "responsibility".
Varane is in his second season with United since leaving Real Madrid.
He told BT Sport: It was a great responsibility to sign for Real Madrid.
"The Los Merengues jersey is special, but it is heavy to wear. Fear could be seen in the eyes of the opponents. I really loved playing there and all the titles I was able to win.
"In Madrid I entered a new dimension."
