Manchester United are eager to renegotiate Casemiro's contract.

New United director Sir Jim Ratcliffe wants to keep Casemiro, though is keen to drop his current 350,000-a-week wages.

Ratcliffe is seeking wriggle room to bring in new signings and his plan includes rewriting Casemiro's deal, says The Sun.

Donny van de Beek has moved on loan to Eintracht Frankfurt and Sergio Reguilon has bee sent back to Tottenham. Jadon Sancho is also set to join Borussia Dortmund in the coming days.

Casemiro has returned to training after being absent since November due to a hamstring injury.
