Manchester United are set to disturb Ajax's attempts to re-sign striker Brian Brobbey.

The Dutch club are eager to bring the forward back from RB Leipzig, who he joined in 2021.

Brobbey struggled to acclimatise to life in Germany, with BILD stating the two clubs are in talks over a return to Holland.

The source, however, goes on to say that United are also registering their interest.

Their new boss Erik ten Hag has coached Brobbey, and may believe he can do a job in the Premier League.

United would have to pay roughly £12.6 million to land the 20-year-old.
