The Swedish attacker was being linked with a move away from the Red Devils, either on loan or permanently.
However, Elanga may be content with his situation at United, even though he barely featured under coach Erik ten Hag last term.
Per The Mail, Elanga is wanted by Everton, but does not appear interested in that move.
The 21-year-old may still leave on loan later in the transfer window, but Everton is not the club where he will go.
