MANG Inasal’s systemwide sales rose 13.2 percent in the first half of the year, driven by sustained demand for its grilled chicken and pork barbecue, and growth in takeout, delivery and drive-thru orders, the Jollibee Group said.
The increase followed 15.6 percent growth in 2025. Sales from takeout, delivery and drive-thru channels grew at a faster double-digit pace in the first six months of this year, the company said.
Mang Inasal President Mike Castro said its core grilled chicken and pork barbecue offerings led the growth, supported by expanded ordering options and new menu items developed to meet changing customer tastes.
The company also attributed the performance to its nationwide store network and consistent operations. It said improvements in marination and grilling processes helped maintain food quality as the business expanded.
Mang Inasal operates more than 600 stores nationwide, many of them run by franchisees.
Joseph Tanbuntiong, CEO and global brand head of Jollibee Group Philippines, parent company of Mang Inasal, said the results underscored the growth potential of the group’s homegrown brands in the domestic market.
He said the group’s support in operations, supply chain, quality control and franchise development would help Mang Inasal expand its nationwide presence while maintaining food and service standards.
Brand Finance’s Philippines 50 2026 report named Mang Inasal the country’s strongest quick-service restaurant brand, with a Brand Strength Index score of 95.2 out of 100 and an AAA+ rating.
Shares of Jollibee Foods Corp. picked up by P2, or 1.41 percent, to close at P144 apiece on Monday.
