Javi Manquillo was delighted making a winning debut for Celta Vigo.
The former Newcastle defender featured in Sunday's 3-0 win at Osasuna.
Manquillo said: "I'm very happy because debuting with three points, and on top of that with a 0-3, it's a dream debut.
"I hope we continue like this. I felt pretty good but in the last few minutes it was more difficult for me because I hadn't played for a while.
"We went 0-2 but in the second half, although they had control of the game, they did not have clear chances.
"We defended phenomenally. It was a fair victory. We are going to continue working to achieve the three points every week."
