MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. recalled his spooky childhood memories of visiting the Baguio Mansion House.
In a statement during All Souls’ Day on Monday, Marcos said the haunting experiences were not limited to visitors but also to those who lived and worked inside the mansion.
“When we were young, we used to go there during Holy Week. Perhaps—I don’t know, maybe it was just our imagination—but it really felt like we were sensing something,” Marcos said in Filipino.
“Those who lived there—especially the caretakers—would say themselves that they truly sensed things, heard things, and experienced events that they couldn’t quite explain,” he added
