  • Iwamasa was sentenced to 41 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute ketamine, which resulted in the actor's death.
  • TMZ obtained a letter ahead of the sentencing, in which Perry's friend, Lisa Calio, wrote to the judge, alleging Iwamasa drove one of Perry's cars hours after his death.
  • Iwamasa admitted to injecting Perry with at least 27 ketamine shots in the days leading up to his death, including three on the day he died.
  • Perry was found dead in his hot tub in October 2023, with an autopsy report showing he died from the “acute effects” of ketamine.
