Maxx Crosby has admitted that part of him still feels connected to the Las Vegas Raiders, even after his recent move to the Baltimore Ravens.

The star pass rusher was traded by the Raiders in a blockbuster deal that sent him to Baltimore ahead of the new NFL season.

Despite the change of scenery, Crosby made it clear his history with the Raiders still means a great deal to him.

Maxx Crosby says he will always feel like a Raider

Speaking on The Rush podcast, Crosby reflected on his emotional connection to the franchise that drafted him.

“My heart was in the right place, and I never will regret that. I wanted everything good for the Raiders. I bleed silver and black, that will never change, and I’m a Raider for life,” Crosby said.

He added: “I truly want to finish, when it’s all said and done, in a Raiders jersey.”

The defensive end spent several seasons as one of the Raiders’ most important players before the team decided to move him to the Baltimore Ravens.

His comments suggested that even though he is beginning a new chapter in his career, his long-term connection with the Raiders remains strong.

Maxx Crosby focused on winning a Super Bowl with the Baltimore Ravens

While Crosby clearly still cares about the Raiders, he also emphasized that his attention is now on helping Baltimore compete for a championship.

“I’m going there [Ravens] with one purpose, and that’s to help this team get to where, ultimately, it needs to be, where everybody wants to go, and that’s winning a Super Bowl,” Crosby stated.

The Ravens acquired Crosby to strengthen a defense that already features several elite playmakers. Adding a relentless edge rusher with Crosby’s production could significantly boost Baltimore’s pass rush.

For Crosby, the move represents an opportunity to chase the ultimate goal in the NFL while continuing to respect the franchise where his career began.
