Agent Jorge Mendes is set to enter talks with Barcelona over Alejandro Balde's new contract.
Sport Balde's contract expires in 2024 and talks are moving towards an extension until 2027.
There is a good predisposition, but Balde is clear that his role now is that of a first-choice player and he aspires to a good contract. And his aim is to be on par with other renewals such as Gavi and Araujo, who are a small step behind Ansu and Pedri.
Balde wants to continue as much as Bara wants to renew him, so there will be an agreement.
There is no rush because it will not be possible to register him until the summer, but everything will be signed. Mendes does not want him to leave the Catalan club either.
