SHAH ALAM - The parent company of WhatsApp application, Meta Platforms releases a statement in response to user complaints following the service disruption of the messaging platform.
“We are aware that some people are currently having trouble sending messages and we are working to restore WhatsApp for everyone as quickly as possible,” Meta wrote.
Earlier, the mobile messaging application experienced an outage, affecting users globally as messages were not sent and received.
