Mick Jagger treats drinkers to surprise performance during Oxford pub visit

Mick Jagger treated punters to a surprise performance during a recent visit to an Oxford pub.

The Rolling Stones frontman was filmed singing Handsome Molly, a traditional bluegrass song which he covered on his 1993 solo album Wandering Spirit, during a weekly folk music night at the Half Moon pub in St Clements.

Jagger had stopped at the pub with Stones keyboardist Matt Clifford and politics academic Robert Cheah after attending an event at Oriel College on Sunday (7 June).
