Former Real Madrid sports chief Pedja Mijatovic believes Karim Benzema will still leave this summer.
Benzema moved to cool talk of leaving Real for Al Ittihad last night at a local awards ceremony.
However, Mijatovic is unconvinced and said on El Larguero: "I see it as very likely that Benzema could leave.
"I know that the Saudi Government has four players in mind, who are four stars: Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar and Benzema. It is their strategy to promote football as ambassadors.
"You never know what can happen in the world of football, but it's really Modric who wants to stay."
Meanwhile, journalist Antonio Romero stated: Benzema has made two appearances in the last six months. He was not able to say that he will continue at Madrid. The reality is that Benzema has an offer, and he is thinking about it."
