  • Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed he is "100 per cent" certain that 19-year-old midfielder Myles Lewis-Skelly will remain at the club this summer despite reported transfer interest from rival clubs including Manchester United.
  • Arteta emphasised the necessity of protecting and nurturing homegrown academy products such as Lewis-Skelly and Ethan Nwaneri, stressing that young talents bring a unique quality to the squad.
  • As Arsenal prepare to begin their Premier League title defence against newly promoted Coventry City at the Emirates Stadium on Friday, Arteta reiterated that the club's primary objective remains winning as many major trophies as possible.
