Min takes another Tour of Luzon leg, rules Stage 13

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — The king of the longest route also emerged as the ruler of the shortest race distance that is the MPTC Tour of Luzon Stage 13 Tuesday along the Lingayen Baywalk here. 

South Korean Min Kyeong Ho of the Seoul Cycling Team zoomed to the fastest time in the individual time trial, clocking 25:39 in the penultimate leg of the 14-stage race.

Min ruled the 223.7 km Stage 6 from Tuguegarao to Pagudpud last Monday and placed third at the Tour’s first individual time trial the following day.
